Anyone can join the TSUBAME seminar as long as a student, or faculty staff member of Tokyo Institute of Technology.
Seminar of ISV application software invite external lecturers and you can take classes that usually cost tens of thousands of yen participation free.
A TSUBAME account is required for participation.
