Mathematica Home Use License for students is available as a service attached to the TSUBAME license contract.
Please refer to here for information on non-student Mathematica licenses.
You will need to download the installer, which is about 15GB.
Installable devices
Only one PC can be installed on a student's personal computer.
Supported operating systems are Windows, MacOS, and Linux. See Wolfram website for detailed system requirements.

Usage procedure
Obtain Wolfram ID
Please go to the Wolfram User Portal to get an account.
If you do not have an account, you will not be able to download the software. (Media will not be loaned out.)
If you already have a Wolfram ID for use with Mathematica|Online, you can use that account.

When obtaining an account, please enter an email address from the m.titech.ac.jp domain.
If you register any other email address, you will not be able to use the site license service.
You should receive an email from info [at] wolfram [dot] com with the subject line "Validate your Wolfram ID".
Click on the link in the middle of the email to complete the verification of your account.
Obtain activation key
The activation key must be applied for by a person who has the status to apply for an activation key. Please note that requests for activation keys from other people will be rejected.
Please request an activation key using the activation key request form.

Requests should be made through the university's internal network.
Please obtain Wolfram ID in advance.
If you already have a Wolfram ID and are logged in, the required information has already been entered.
If you do not have a Wolfram ID, you can click "Continue without signing in" to proceed, but you will not be able to download the software.
Please enter an email address from the m.titech.ac.jp domain.
Any other email address will not be approved.
1. Please enter the required information.
The product is fixed at Mathematica Japanese Edition For Students for Sites (Single Machine). Please select your affiliation, version, and expected graduation date.
2. An activation key will be issued.
You will also receive activation key information via email from register [at] wolfram [dot] com with the subject line "Your new Mathematica activation key".
You can register the product from the URL in the middle of the main body of the email. (You will not be able to download the product without registration)
The activation key is valid for two weeks at the time it is issued.By clicking on the link in the email, your activation key will be officially activated and you will be able to use it for one year or until your contract expires (at the end of July of each year).
Your activation key will then be available on the Wolfram User Portal.
If you do not have a Wolfram ID and have lost your key due to loss of email or other reasons, Center cannot help you. Please contact Wolfram directly by email.
Register the products
1. Please register your product via the activation key notification email or the Wolfram User Portal.
You will need to register your contact information. (If you have already registered, you can choose to do so)
You will need to check the boxes for your areas of interest. (Required)
2.Once the registration is complete, the download center will be activated and you will be able to download the product.
Using Wolfram User Portal
To manage your Mathematica activation key and download software, you will need to obtain a Wolfram ID and use the Wolfram User Portal.

On the home screen, you can see the latest information.
Using the services
Click on the "Products and Services" tab to select a product.
If you have not issued activation key or registered the product, the products available for selection will not be displayed.
Click Mathematica Japanese Edition for Students for Sites.
You can check your activation key and download the product.
If you have not registered your product, no download will be shown and you will be prompted to register your product.
If you are not using a previous version of the product, you will not be able to download the previous version.

Download
In order to download the software, you must have obtained activation key and register the product in advance.
1. Login to Wolfram User Portal, Click on Mathematica Japanese Edition for Sites from the "Products and Services" tab. If you have not obtained an activation key, you may not see anything.
2. Click on Download. Or scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Download the product for any platform.

About license extension and renewal
License extension
When the expiration date approaches, you will receive a message that your license is about to expire, but your license will usually be extended automatically, and your activation key will be extended automatically as well.
When it is automatically extended, you will receive an email with the subject line "Your (Network) Mathematica Japanese Edition for Sites activation key has been extended" (the Network is for MathLM licenses).
If your computer is connected to the Internet, the activation will be performed automatically and the expiration date will be extended, but if it is not extended automatically, you will need to obtain the password manually.

Enter your activation key and MathID here to issue a password, and register the password with Mathematica to extend the validity period.

License renewal
When a new version of Mathematica is available, you will receive an email with the subject line "Upgrade your (Network) Mathematica Japanese Edition for Sites license".
Please click the link in the body of the email to update your activation key.
This is not necessary if you do not want to install the new version.
