 The period of validity of the account for the use of student ID card, staff ID card, and preferred access card is the period of validity of the Tokyo Tech IC card, as stipulated in the "Tokyo Tech Academic and International Information Center Detailed Regulations for the Computer System".  Before your account becomes invalid, please retrieve the data to the lab or set the appropriate permissions on the group disk to make the data readable and writable for the group members. Also, please delete unnecessary data as much as possible.
