(2022.01.27) Since the licence terms of database files for Alphafold2 are updated, the usage is no longer limited to non-commercial use. We withdrew the access restriction to these files.
Alphafold 2, a protein structure prediction program with using machine learning has been started to be provided on TSUBAME.
Since some of the databases used in Alphafold are non-commercial, the databases are placed in a directory that is accessible only to campus users.
For academic users outside of Tokyo Tech, access permissions will be set individually for each user or group, so please contact us if you wish to use this service.
Please note that due to the large size of the database files, please avoid downloading them individually if at all possible. In particular, please refrain from using the files in ways that do not apply to the non-commercial license.
