【Payment codes to be used in FY2023】
Applications for payment codes to be used in FY2023 are now being accepted.
After logging in to the TSUBAME Portal ( https://portal.t3.gsic.titech.ac.jp/ ), you can apply by doing the following.
Click Manage Payment Codes
Click on Apply for New Payment Code
Select FY 2023 for the year of use(Please note that even if you have the same information (budget code, etc.) as the payment code used in FY2022, you must apply for the payment code to be used in FY2023.)
Approved payment codes to be used in FY2023 will not be available during FY2022.After April 6, 2023, payment codes can be assigned to TSUBAME Group and points can be purchased.
When applying for a payment code to be used in 2023, please note the following.
<The start and end dates of the research period>
If the research period start date is before April 1, 2023, enter April 1, 2023 in the Research Period Start Date field.(When applying for a payment code to be used in FY2023, the research period start date cannot be earlier than April 1, 2023)
If the research period end date is later than March 31, 2024, enter March 31, 2024 in the Research Period End Date field. (When applying for a payment code to be used in FY2023, the research period end date cannot be later than March 31, 2024)
<When the budget category is "other than corporate operating expenses and scholarship endowment funds>
For the payment codes to be used in FY2023, the approval of applications with budget categories other than "corporate operating expenses" and "scholarship donation" will start after April 1, 2023, and after the budget code, budget name, and budget manager information are reflected in the goods requisition system.
