About using ANSYS customer portal

Due to a change in the authentication method of ANSYS customer portal, it is no longer possible to use the traditional login method.
From now on, faculty and staff will be required to register personal accounts to use the portal.

Please follow the instructions in  customer portal help to register for an account. 
The customer number required for registration is here (on cumpus only).

Please enter "東京工業大学" in the Company Name field in Japanese.

Be sure to register with an email address from the titech.ac.jp domain.

Otherwise, it will not be linked to the Tokyo Tech subscription.

This service is available only to faculty and staff. Students are not eligible to use the service.

ANSYS may send you an inquiry by e-mail after your application.

If a student wants to obtain information from the ANSYS customer portal, the supervisor should log in to the ANSYS customer portal, collect the necessary information, and provide it to the student.
