【About payment codes to be used in FY2021】
Applications for payment codes to be used in FY2021 are now being accepted.
After log in to TSUBAME portal( https://portal.t3.gsic.titech.ac.jp/ ), you can apply by doing the following.
Click on Manage Payment Codes
Click on New Payment Code Application
Select FY2021 as the year of use
(Please note that even with the same information (budget code, etc.) as the payment code you used in FY2020, you will need to apply for the payment code you will use in FY2021.)
The approved payment codes to be used in FY2021 will not be available during FY2020, and payment codes can be assigned to TSUBAME group and points can be purchased after April 6, 2021.
When applying for a payment code to be used in FY2021, please note the following.
＜The start and end dates of the research period＞
If the research period start date is prior to April 1, 2021, please enter April 1, 2021 in the Research Period Start Date field. (When applying for a payment code to be used in FY2021, the research term start date cannot be earlier than April 1, 2021.)If the research period end date is later than March 31, 2022, please enter March 31, 2022 in the Research Period End Date field. (When applying for a payment code to be used in FY2021, the research period end date cannot be later than March 31, 2022.)
＜If the budget category is "other than" corporate operating expenses and scholarship donations＞Applications for payment codes to be used in fiscal year 2021 with budget categories other than corporate operating expenses and scholarship donations will not be approved until April 1, 2021 or later, when the budget code, budget name, and budget manager information are reflected in the requisition system.
